We have been growing flax around Kingston with the help of some University students and graduates in collaboration with the KINGSTON FLAX AND FIBRE PROJECT. We have also involved primary school children and adults with learning difficulties at Kingston Mencap. Very soon, we will be using our crops and expertese to run demonstrations and will be launching our new programme of workshops for schools and community groups based on natural fibres and sustainability.
